Why 3mph? Because there are no flat areas where I ride my bike. 3mph and 35mph seem to be the only numbers I see on the bike computer. If you ride a bicycle, then you know much more time is spent grinding up hills than coasting down them. Hence, 3mph. More explanations, photos, and who knows what else will be added as time permits.
